Also known as the account manager and special order group, these 7 heroes have over 57 years of experience in the hardware,
industrial, and MRO market. This group is responsible for growing your business by offering you information that will solve your
problems and make your job easier.

Sales Floor Team:
Experienced hardware sellers and retired trades people make up this team with over 125 years at Miller Industrial. These guys are the ones who will answer your questions, help you figure a solution, and share with you a good joke and cup of coffee while in the store.

Cashier Team:
These four ladies have over 59 years of service and familiarity with Miller Industrial customers. Their friendly smiles greet you by name each day and thank you when you leave. We like to call them the "Lucy's" who will ask you questions and listen to your tribulations with concern.

Office Support Team:
Only 6 people with over 87 years at Miller Industrial are the behind the scenes crew who make things happen including billing, marketing, receiving, purchasing etc. Dedicated, resourceful, accurate and friendly are some of the attributes of this team.

Leadership Team:
"Our fearless leader" Jeff Miller, third generation owner, heads up this team who creates the road map for Miller Industrial. Involving sales, marketing, administrative, personnel management and ensures all aspects of the business are considered when making changes. He believes that we must keep changing to meet the needs of our changing customers and it's a belief we live by.
