Miller Industrial is currently seeking a Full-time Retail Floor Manager to lead our retail operation. The ideal candidate is expected to effectively coach and manage our sales floor team by providing top-notch customer service to every customer, while maintaining a clean, inviting, and profitable store. Prior hardware industry product knowledge and retail experience is desirable. Candidates who have the experience in efficiently leading a team, assuring customers are receiving great service, and daily tasks are completed, are highly encouraged to apply. This position reports to the Director of Operations and is part of our Leadership Team, but also interacts with the Director of Sales, Inventory Manager and Controller.
