Jeff Miller, third generation owner, heads up the team that successfully manages Miller Industrial’s sales, marketing, operations, personnel, finance, and inventory functions. This team ensures all aspects of the business are carefully considered when making changes and expanding our services. We know we must continue to evolve our business offering to meet the changing needs of our customers.

Sales Team:

This seven person team includes Account Managers, Special Orders, and Deliveries whom have over 70 years experience in the hardware, industrial, and MRO market. They are responsible for solving your problems and making your job easier by completing the order from quote through delivery.

Sales Floor Team:

Experienced hardware sellers and retired tradesmen make up this team with over 125 years at Miller Industrial. Inside our store, these friendly, knowledgeable people will answer your questions, help you find the products you need, listen to your business issues and offer experienced advice. They’re also known to share a good joke and cup of coffee with you.

Cashier Team:

The ladies on this team have over 60 combined years of service and familiarity with Miller Industrial’s satisfied customers. With friendly smiles, the Cashier Team greet our customers by name, field questions and provide guidance, facilitate speedy check-out, and make the buying process easier for you and your business.

Office Support Team:

Four people with over 60 combined years at Miller Industrial serve as the behind-the-scene crew who direct all of the business administrative work including our accounting, billing, marketing, purchasing, personnel and technology. This team is dedicated, hard-working, resourceful, accurate and friendly. They make certain that both our customers and vendors always have a satisfied partnership with Miller Industrial.
